Socket Controlled Object Oriented Tool for Animation

The purpose of SCOOTA is to allow a user to create a 3 dimensional scene and control it using sockets. Currently a matalab simulink controller is available which allows simple integration with matlab simulink. The SCOOTA integration block can be included in a simulink model and simply starting the simulation will start the animation. The best place to start is with the tutorial. A quick look at that document will make it's use clear. Downloading is simple and can be done without administrative privileges.
